Launching our first ever Fairground 10-week residency, we partnered with modern Thai eatery, Busaba Eathai to create a weekend festival celebrating the Thai new year Songkran.

Working with the renowned Chef Jude, we offered an exclusive new menu inspired by his recent trip to Thailand to put food and drink at the heart of the festivities.

The menu featured a sumptuous selection of curries, grills, salads and desserts.

With Thai cookery classes, music and dancing, animal mask making and pandan cupcake decorating, this set the bar for our programme of creating a wider culture experience championed with delicious international cuisine.
