The Fairground building is an ex-office block in Haggerston that lay empty for 10 years. In spring 2014 the three main floors were renovated for a 10 week pop up featuring supper clubs, cocktail bars, music showcases, talks and workshops from a range of leading brands including Dazed & Confused, Island Records, Busaba and Field Day.

In June 2015 developers will take possession of the site to start works on converting it into a residential block, however until then each floor is available for hire with all bars, lighting and classic Danish furniture still in place.
